The StemSlider Profiler, shows a side profile view of the first few stems that can help guide you in where to position the stems and provides a general outline of the bouquet. Once you become comfortable with creating bouquets and have developed a sense of overall bouquet dimensions, you might no longer need the Profiler. Note: it can also be a helpful tool for teaching team members in how to make and size a bouquet.

The StemSlider toolkit includes a booklet with step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use the tool to create a bouquet. Additionally, you can watch the instructional video "How to Set Up the StemSlider" and the tutorial video "How to Make a Loose and Airy Bouquet" via the QR code on page 2 of the booklet or on our shop page here.

Yes, I highly recommend using the flower frogs in the vase to help hold the stems in place. This is also covered in the bouquet tutorial video, so be sure to check that out!

If you’re having trouble, there are tips and tricks on pages 7-8 of the booklet that may help, as well as a bouquet tutorial video included in the toolkit. The tutorial shows one way to make a bouquet, but you can adjust the approach depending on the flower materials, style, and shape. It is a great tool to experiment and find what works best for you! The toolkit includes 8 grid wires, but typically, you'll only need 4 wires to make a 3x3 grid. If you need extra support at the beginning of the process, you can add more wires or create an additional layer by inserting extra wires into the bottom layer of the 'base' of the StemSlider. However, the flower frogs in the vase will also help hold the stems in place, so using just 4 wires is recommended for most bouquets.
